CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:04 pm, by Ellie Neff, Chairperson.
ROLL CALL
Commissioners Present: Ellie Neff, Pat Fleming, and Aislin Maloney.
Absent: Joyce McIntyre
City Staff: Angela Pashon.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approval of December 17, 2024 Meeting Minutes were deferred to March 25,
2025.
PROJECT UPDATES
1. Art in City Hall
a. Q1 Alfred-John Paramo Contreras
b. Q2 Shantel Ealy
c. Q3 Liliana Rasmussen
d. Q4 Marguerite Finch
2. Downtown Mural Program
a. 2025 Program, $10,000 remains for program
i. Decision Point 1: Funding Level Options
1. Reimbursement up to $5k as done in 2024 (up to 2
more murals)
2. Reimbursement up to $10k (1 additional mural)
ii. Decision Point 2: Application Approval
1. Same process as 2024
a. Consideration: Likely to receive more
applications than funding allows.
2. Request applications for selection by Arts & Culture
3. Peanuts Statue

1. STCU Box Wraps Call for Art
2. Recreation of George Yamauchi Painting
