Meeting called to order at 6:08 p.m. by Dunyele Mason.

Those Present: Debbie Clark, Dunyele Mason Alvie Covington, Harvey Swoboda, Scott Maloy
Those Absent: Rebecca Francik, Colleen Chapin
APPROVAL OF PRIOR N EETING MINUTES:
Motion was made by Harvey Swoboda and seconded by Alvie Covington to approve the minutes as read
of the May S, 2014 meeting.
Motion passed unanimously.
