Probation
• Appear in open court
Monitor Probationers & report compliance with the terms and conditions
of deferred or suspended sentences and probations.
Conduct interviews and background investigations, evaluations regarding
appropriate treatment programs and Risk Assessments.
Perform clerical duties, support Probation Officers and clerk docket
during court proceedings.

Court Specialist
Reviews policies and rules for defendants' eligibility to participate in court programs and supervises community
workers in accordance with City policies and applicable laws. (Community Service and Graffiti Abatement Program)
While performing as a Bailiff, monitor security in the courtroom, judge chambers, court offices, and hallways in and
around the court.
Assist when necessary the court clerk and Judge during court proceedings.
Coordinates projects with City departments and other community offices.
Identifies and develops community service work sites and work schedules.
