CALL TO ORDER
City of Pasco Historic Preservation Commission was call to order by Chair Dan Stafford.
ROLL CALL
Commissioners Present: Marilynn Baker, and Davi Tate, there was not a quorum.
Commissioners Excused: Dan Stafford, and Malin Bergstrom
Staff Present: C& ED Director Jacob Gonzalez, C & ED Deputy Director Craig Raymond, Public
Works CIP Manager Ryan Mahaffey and Administrative Assistant II Carmen Patrick
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Historic Preservation Commission Meeting minutes of June 4, 2024, and July 2.2024 not
approved, no quorum.

PUBLIC HEARINGS
None
WORSHOP
A. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center Renovation and Expansion
Public Works CIP Manager Ryan Mahaffey came to present and update the Commission
regarding the current status of the Community Center.
The consultant is continuing to work on schematic drawings and the City is going to
recommend splitting the project into 3 phases to Council this month.
