Richard Fontain 3852 W Van Giesen, West Richland Suggested improve meeting attendance by making information easier to find, noting he personally struggles with this. He mentioned notices for meeting are short and should be given sooner. He also expressed we do not seem inclined to want people at these meetings. Mr. Fontain raised concerns about his dogs being taken from him, feeling unheard and alleging damage to his reputation and humiliation. He stated he is Page 1 of 2Page 15 of 16 autistic and has other issues that makes it difficult for him to present himself. He made claims that employees/volunteer from TCAS are attacking him via social media. Then he apologized stating he didn't come here to talk about that situation and started stating his cat was also taken from him.
