I am reaching out to you as a developer, landowner, consultant, and concerned citizen of Pasco
am writing to express my strong opposition to the proposed construction of Road 40 East as a
one-way street from A -Street to Lewis.
0 It is my belief a one-way street in a major trucking corridor is not in the best interest of the City of
Pasco or the residents of East Pasco. I am disappointed to learn, from the City Council Workshop
on June 10th, 2024, that negotiations broke down and no agreement could be reached. I do not
@J believe the answer is to simply build half the road but to return to the negotiating table with a
a desire to find an equitable solution.

® After speaking with the landowner, I am convinced mutually beneficial negotiations would and
could yield positive results. I am ready to offer my assistance in facilitating a fresh round of
negotiations to help both parties arrive at an agreement that satisfies all involved.
