APPROVAL OF MINUTES Board Member Van Beek moved to approve the June 1, 2023, Code Enforcement Board Meeting minutes. Board Member Rawlinson seconded, and the motion carried. HEARINGS No Hearings RESOLUTIONS None STAFF REPORT AND OTHER BUSINESS Presentation by Troy Hendren regarding the demolition at 110 W. Columbia Street. ADJOURNMENT With no further business, a motion was made by Board member Van Beek to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Board member Rawlinson, motion carried. (2) Status Report Code Enforcement Inspections This report lists all inspections performed by individual staff for the month. To be counted as an "inspection" a written "correction notice" must have been issued as a result of the initial inspection.
