The applicant has applied for an amendment to the Future Land Use Map of the 2018-2038 Pasco Comprehensive Plan, to change a parcel’s designation from Industrial Land Use to Mixed Residential Commercial Land Use with a total combined site area (parcel) of approximately 197 acres. The proposal is located on Parcels #112- 470-014, #112-430-012, #112-430-021, #112-462-078, and #112-462-096 in Pasco, WA. Please submit comments for the DS/Scoping Notice by June 28, 2022.
