The City of Pasco and Atomic Screenprinting agree to the price changes as noted in Exhibit "B" of this memo and the adjusted delivery dates outlined below. A) The dates required delivery dates for the 2023 Lampson Cable Bridge Run event will be as follow: a. The first (and largest) order will be placed on December 1, 2023, with Required Delivery by December 13, 2023: b. The second order will be placed on December 11, 2023, with Required Delivery by December 15, 2023 c. The third and final order (if necessary) will be placed on December 20, 2023, with Required Delivery by December 29, 2023. Atomic Screenprinting and Embroidery also agrees to work with the city to sell additional apparel the manner and specific items to be determined through mutual consent.
