Description: There is no business license at this location or within the City of Pasco to buy and resell vehicles.

➢Violation:
Engaging in business within the City of Pasco without a required City of Pasco business license.
➢Corrective Action:
Apply for a City of Pasco business license for each business and each individual business location. Discontinue ALL
business activities until such time as a business license can be obtained. Please call the Business Licensing office at
(509) 545-3402, visit http://www.pasco-wa.gov/192Business-Licenses for information on licensing requirements or
apply online with the Business Licensing Service at bls.dor.wa.gov.

CALL TO ORDER
Board Chair Daniel Gottschalk called the regular meeting of the Code Enforcement Board to order in the
Council Chambers of City of Pasco, 525 North Third Street in Pasco, Washington at 7:00 p.m.

Board Member Van Beek moved to approve the March 2, 2023, Code Enforcement Board Meeting minutes.
Board Member Speer seconded, and the motion carried.

Board Member Speer moved to approve the resolutions dated 04/2023. Seconded by Board Member Van
Beek, and the motion carried.

(1) CEB Resolution
The resolution shows all the Code Enforcement Board actions and cases that the Board
has ruled on at their monthly hearing.
(2) Status Report Code Enforcement Inspections
This report lists all inspections performed by individual staff for the month. To be
counted as an "inspection" a written "correction notice" must have been issued as a result
of the initial inspection.
