AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PASCO, Amending PMC Related to
Corner Lots Fencing.
At the April 18, 2022, Meeting, Council and staff continued discussing the
proposed amendments to the PMC and at the conclusion of the discussion,
Council directed staff to review the proposed amendments to the PMC and
determine if an exception could be incorporated into the corner lot fencing height
for certain sized lots as long as it meets the safety requirements for vehicles driving
along the roadway and entering or existing the roadway.
This item was taken back to the Planning Commission for further consideration.
