educational institution situated in Franklin County Washington, by donation
according to RCW 35A.79.010, dedicates, conveys and quit claims to the GRANTEE,
CITY OF PASCO, a Municipal Corporation and a Political Subdivision of the State of
Washington, the following described real estate as dedicated right-of-way, situated in
the County of Franklin, State of Washington, together with all acquired title of the
GRANTOR therein:
