Good morning councilmembers—
I am unable to attend the council meeting tonight but I wanted to lend my comments on item 8(c) on tonight's agenda
for the process water re-use facility. From what I have learned about this project and the need for sustainable waste
water solutions for the food processing industry in Pasco, this appears to be a viable solution.
This new project will help any expansions for our local agribusiness industry and will mitigate the current odors and high
nitrogen levels in the ground from the current wastewater treatment. On top of that, renewable natural gas will be
produced.
Thank you for your consideration.
