Documents shall apply to this Change Order.

This Change Proposal, when accepted, becomes part of the Project Contact/Agreement. This Change Proposal is considered accepted when work is
performed in relation this Change Proposal. Payment in full is due upon completion. Interest may accrue on all invoices that are past due at the rate of 1
per month (18% per annum) until paid in full.
